YOUR CHOICES
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
We use email, SMS, direct mail, and similar channels to communicate with you.
Emails: We send marketing and promotional emails only after you give express consent to receive commercial electronic messages. If you want to unsubscribe, you can do so by following the instructions in those communications (every marketing and promotional message clearly identifies Mazaj and provides a working opt-out link) or by logging into your online account and changing your preferences. • Right to withdraw consent– When our processing is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke such consent at any time. DATA TRANSFERS AND RETENTION
RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our retention periods for personal information are based on business needs and legal requirements. We store personal information associated with your account for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we will delete your account data within the applicable regulatory timeline. We retain other personal information for as long as is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which we originally collected it and for the business purposes explained in this Privacy Policy. For example, we may retain certain transaction details and correspondence until the time limit for claims arising from the transaction has expired.
