We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, only if the item is unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging (including any inserts).
Because fragrance is a personal care product, opened or used bottles are final sale and cannot be returned.
Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as store credit (not a refund to the original payment method). Store credit is provided once the return is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve it quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer packaging and the product
- A brief description of the issue
If confirmed, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
How to Start a Return
Email us with your order number and request. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items shipped back without approval may not be accepted.
Processing Time
Once your return is delivered back to us, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and store credit processing.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless damaged or defective on arrival, the following are final sale:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Samples / discovery sets (if applicable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
